In the book of Luke, chapter 15, we find a parable of Jesus which He concluded like this, “Likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just person which need no repentance.”
On May 22, 2021 the brethren from Queensland held a combined Sabbath meeting, with visitors from New South Wales attending, along with friends and relatives of Sr. Aimasi Jenny Foaese, who was getting baptised on this day. The divine service was led by Brother Alfredo Carlos Sas, our retired minister, and was followed by the profession of faith, led by Brother Larry Ah-Ching, an ordained elder. Then on Sabbath afternoon we went to the beach, where the baptism of Sister Jenny was performed by our GC Pacific Regional Secretary, Brother Ben Thiel, followed by the fellowshipment led by Brother Randy Acquiatan.
We all felt the joy of heaven over one soul that had come to the Lord.
