Our Mission

Mission Projects Oceania is a special projects entity administered by the Welfare Department of the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement in Australasia.

At Mission Projects Oceania our Mission, “Christians in Action”, defines who we are, what we stand for, and our reason for being here – creating and fostering an environment that guides our work to show that we care for our friends, community, brethren in foreign countries. As Christians, we believe the best way to show our love and respect for God is to be the best that we can–physically, mentally and spiritually.

We believe in valuing every person as a unique creation of God. Our Outreach Programmes cannot operate without volunteers and the support of our generous sponsors and giving individuals.

An outreach program of this magnitude requires ongoing support in terms of equipment, personnel and of course monetary donations. Since we are a NGO we do not accept government funding. When funding is received for specific programs those funds are used for those specified things. Our volunteer team members contribute not only their own time but also their finances to take part in the project.

If you would like more information on what donated funds have helped please contact us for specific information. You are now able to donate and nominate which project you would like your donation to be directed towards. Payments are processed and can be made by credit card or direct debit from a bank account. In addition we accept cheques and cash.

Call our Welfare Department at the Sydney office on (02) 9627 7553 with your credit card details. The offices are open Monday to Thursday 9.00a.m. – 5.30p.m., and Friday 9.00a.m.-1.00p.m. EST.
