Since our last update we have had more external building work done, like bricklaying and roof lining for the residence and awnings. Most of the work has been done on internal items.
The next large item on our agenda is the driveway and car park, for which we have a number of prices and now have to make a decision as to who will carry out the work.
As per our last report, we are including costs for our Schofields Project, which is up to date $584,000.00.
