Each morning there were a couple of groups for the early morning exercises, followed by worship and breakfast to start the day. We then separated…

Papua New Guinea Spiritual Conference 2012

Greetings from your brothers and sisters in the land of the unexpected! After three years of camp meetings being held in the warmth of the Markum Valley, this year it was back to the cool of the highlands for the Delegation Session and Spiritual Conference in Papua New Guinea.   The delegation session was a time to evaluate the work performed over the last two years, reorganise and plan for the future. It was encouraging to see the work that had…

WA Field Conference: Revive Us Again

The biennial WA Field Conference was held on the weekend of September 13-16. Our theme was “Revive Us Again,” on the subject of Revival & Reformation. God provided perfect weather for us throughout the conference and it was a delight to meet again at the conference campgrounds. At our previous Field Delegation session last year it was decided to hold more group Bible studies and study groups as opposed to ‘sermons’ during the camp meeting. The decision was based on…

Pacific Islands Leaders Meetings – Port Vila, Vanuatu

The Word of God is clear that the Gospel will be preached in all nations before the second coming of Christ in the clouds of heaven. We have one main church group situated on the main island about 40 kilometres away from the capital Honiara. We have…

Back to the 80’s Day – SA Field

In the 1980’s the SDA Reform Movement church in Adelaide was blessed to have a large number of young people in the congregation. Every Sabbath the church was full of children’s voices joining together in praises to God. There was also a choir that was making the Sabbath services more interesting and beautiful. There were a lot of camp-outs and youth activities carried out.  But slowly over the years these young people grew up and either moved away or became…

Despite the cooler weather the camp was very well attended with a number of interstate visitors coming down to share in the fellowship time. Jones during the year of 1888.…
